ORACLE Program

Our ORACLE program is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to people at every stage of their reproductive journey. Our team of registered midwives is committed to supporting clients with personalized care 24 hours, 7 days/week.

ORACLE is an outreach collaborative perinatal care program. Our service is designed for people experiencing substance use, mental illness, homelessness, violence, or involvement in the child welfare system. We also offer sexual and reproductive health care, including sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment. We partner with many community organizations including outreach nursing, hospitals, mental health services, addiction services and other community health centres.

Our midwifery team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about maternal and reproductive health. We believe in a holistic approach to care, where clients’  physical, emotional and social well-being are equally prioritized. ORACLE midwives are aligned with the principles of harm reduction and trauma informed care. Our goal is to empower people with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their health and the health of their families.
